HumanResource & Administration OFFICER
Location: Central
Working Time: 5Days a week, 9am-6pm

Duties & Responsibilities:
l Provide full scope of HR services including but not limited torecruitment & selection, payroll, MPF, compensation and benefits,performance management, and employee relations;
l Formulate, implement and review HR and Admin policies andprocedures;
l Assist in recruitment & selection, new hire and exit interviewprocess.
l To perform general office administration duties, includingprocurement of office supplies, stationeries and office equipment; printing andcopying services; mailing and courier services; cleaning and facilitiesmanagement; repairs and maintenances, licensing, delivery services and pettycash etc;
l Coordinate company events and employees activities;
l Assist management in organization development and manpower planning;
l Manage HR & Admin related programs and other ad hoc projects.
Requirements:
l Degree holder in HR or related disciplines;
l At least 3 years solid HR and Admin working experience;
l Well versed in Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and other HR relatedlegislations;
l Ability to stand alone and work independently;
l Proactive, detail-minded, well-organized and responsible;
l Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
l Able to work with people of all levels;
l Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese.
