完全同意superheman的講法,,至於收費包代支,我就有保留,甘有Ｄ技師會有做又36,唔做又36的心態,有時我地會以多代支去表示滿意,小代支作為對不好技師的抗議.大家比甘多好意見Ｄ桑拿,希望佢地努力改進,我地Ｄ骨友可以花錢都花得開心D

If 2-hr clock charge amounts to 500, I think it is reasonable to split about 120 to the bg. As I remember for vegi massage at Golden Sauna, which amounted to 5XX, the vegi got around 120.
80 for 2 hrs sounds like vegi places where the 2-hr charge is only 3XX.

the bg's share around $120-140 for two hours sound reasonable.  Understand at GFS bg gets $70/hour.  Increase the BG's share will hopefully boost the morale  and hence improve the service quality.  management of RPS keeping the lion share of the charge is too greedy though they have high overheads. the Bg gets only the smaller share they want to make it up from the customers tips.

that's why the BG would normally ask the customer to give her tips, in fact, most of them
feel embarrassing for asking tips but in order to protect themselves they have to sound out
for tips.  

i strongly believe that the BG works in RSS (a vegi place) don't want to do the hj as they only
wants to get a reasonable charge for their dup skills from the job.  the management of RSS
should consider to reduce their lion share of the charge and evaluate/review the impact after
a short period of time.

agreed and the charge we paid for normal 2-hour package should have room for more shares to BG la.

我不滿意的比100蚊双鐘,滿意就比200至300.其實計下數,比起去深圳大場都吾系貴好多,我以前星期六都成日上深圳Ｄ大場如皇室假期,東方棕泉,太平洋等,例如去太平洋,按摩(要按三粒鐘才可在房內過夜),吃反,按腳,喝飲品二杯,水果,及宵夜等一個晚上差不多平均要花成350元,加上小費及車費共計要450元左右及二小時來回,真係無乜着數.有時重鬼甘多人,連位都冇得坐.在香港Ｄ大場任飲任食,Ｄ生果靚過深圳好多(我最鐘意食木瓜仔加檸汁),又有鮮果汁,我一晚起碼飲三至四杯,又有飯食,又有甜品,又有小食及湯面宵夜,重連烟都系免費.真系一晚食都食左佢成200元,最緊要系任食任飲,吾使好似去深圳桑拿甘要就住就住食（因食物真系貴得吾坻),又吾使甘頻撲坐二小時車來回,若比一百元代支及locker小費,加起來都系550元到,差$100蚊,真系除笨有精,唯一重吸引到我去深圳桑拿,相信是因那些青春的技師了.但若按摩水平就香港重系比較好D.星期六又無甘深圳甘多人,坐都坐得舒服Ｄ•

咁就睇係你去邊間深圳場啫，有 d 場按摩水準絕對唔會比香港差。　

agreed.  Go Shenzhen for massage only is expensive.  I only do this when I have business needs like meetings etc.  I think the time and hassle for travelling to Shenzhen is a BIG proboem.

Agreed.
I only do massage in SZ when I have a business trip. I really dont mind paying a little more for better dup skills and save me alot more times. I still prefer HK local rather than mainland because so far HK dup skills are better.
Again, the young girls at SZ are the only talking point, but they know what they are coming for, they really dont pay 100% on service but rather to see if they can meet up someone for after hours activities.

i also understand that the RSS management would deduct 10% as their charges from the tips we
gave to the BG as a sort of admin fee etc.  
in my opinion, the BG should receive the total amount (without any deduction) of the tips from her
customer as a motivator of the services provided.

That's why I said that BGs asking tips is reasonable. As I know 10 % deduction from tip is a norm in the industry, therefore, tips to BGs is very important to their daily living. In fact, if the bg is servicing you properly (of course, I mean vegi message), there is no ground to give her standard tips.

深圳我以前常去,去過皇室假期,太平洋,嘉详城,東方棕泉等,有時貪平都去下Ｄ細場,多數一次冇回頭,但都系喜歡大場多Ｄ,舒服D高級D,以平均按摩水準,一定系香港好Ｄ,當然大陸都有好的技師,但大場多以年青技師為主,按得好的比例小,反而細場年紀較大的,樣差的按得幾好,但那環境及衛生我真的接受唔到,還有星期六上去,D大場間間都人山人海,試過坐都冇位,所以现在都好少去深圳按摩了,決定留港消費

我都同意你的觀點，我都有試過上去深圳dup，但係如果上去的話，都要用咗一定時間，雖然話上面的價錢是比香港的平，但是如果你計吓條數，就知道其實計埋交通費和上面的食品費用，同你在香港都會相差無幾。因為上面好多骨場是按摩和食野是分開的，而且有些地方的食野價錢都幾昂貴，所以計過條數，都係留番香港消費比較好。
