Requirements:
- Higher diploma or above with 1-2 years manufacturing (Gifts & Toys) experience is preferred;
- Sound PC knowledge, basic Excel necessary;
- Good English written/spoken and good Mandarin skills;
- Good communication and interpersonal skill with all levels in working with customers, factories and vendors;
- Immediately available is preferred.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with suppliers / factories and communicate effectively with merchandising team in HK / China.
- To input and update data into the system;
- To prepare order related documents (SC, CT, TT, shipping mark, labeling, draft production specification);
- Sample follow up (testing/ approval/ pre-production/ production samples – product and packaging);
- Packaging Artwork follow up
