Yes. RPGLE for application, PDM / Webshere for development Tool. CLLE for Control Language, DB2 for database, SQL for querry, and more... what do you like to know?

Majority is RPG but there are some applications using COBOL.

Mostly RPG and some with Cobol.
Very few company will develop on AS400, since it is almost all running package softwares.
Almost 90% are used in banking packages (eg Midas), the rest running old ERP like JD Edward.
There is not much future for AS400 as a development platform.

Yep...
I agree with BenCheck's note. That's why people said RPG is a Reel Piece of Garbage. But if you are living outside of HongKong, a lot of companys are still using RPG, but with Modern Technique operational Codes, such as %Date, %Subst, subprocedure, binding, service module, etc.......
