唔係呀，十分對題 「任理少」師兄有感而發，言中所物是要設身處地當是主人翁，大家又何不當是一個假設性問題，發表下你的想法，也在這「吟 」一番。

我都係到「吟 」幾句先 :

這位朋友當然無理由在西餐廳食中菜, 但佢剛好來到又想飽肚，當然想試下佢最想食的「菜芯抄牛肉」加壼「壽眉」消下滯。咁佢咪開聲問 (係呢個世界你肯問就50/50 — 有或者無，但你唔問就一定無！)，個經理見有條「茂利」walkl-in上門亦無理由有生意唔做，咁咪.....。最後個經理雖然見到碟菜唔係好對這位朋友的胃口但佢心想 "我無話唔洗錢喎"，咁這位朋友咪「落樓埋單，不設後數」，個經理見佢咁疏爽咪亦盡佢專業的after-sale精神講句 : "多謝老襯、希望你下次光臨。"

你太抬舉小弟了, 其實之前已經有很多師兄, 前輩, 高人. 提出過同樣問題.
亦發表過很多發人心省之文章. 小弟只是重複前人所講,

我都成日睇「警訊」o架，不過唔知中招個的師奶睇唔唔「警訊」呢？點解「警訊」成日播，師奶都成日中招o架？

呢篇文章，睇唔明既人快樂過睇得明既人喎！

this topic has 3 problems:

1) that person is properly having his desired meal in a wrong place, where he insists.

2) the manager should not offer what he does not have. once he does it, it does not help his business, but only ruin his brand name. the offer can only be given if and only if he does set the customer expectation

3) that person should not bad-mouth the restaurant, you can never expect a asshole will have the same feeling as the pussy.

How about this ?

The customer went into a restaurant and did not expect anything in particular. It's just another daily routine to satisfy his need to eat. Then he found a dish he liked, paid and left. He enjoyed the meal and had no comlaint whatsoever at the time. Afterwards, he found that he had eaten nothing but low quality poisonous food. So he started complaining...

Some smart ass said he should not complain, some said that he should have asked for another dish..

I'd say life is so full of surprises. You never know what you're gonna have until you open that pandora box...

Very down-to-earth comments in response indeed!

The real issue is how we should and could draw the line to distinguish what is good value for money or not so otherwise?  But, at least one thing for sure to me is that moaning and yelling without a hitch or reason is typical of those who lack a good taste.
