You can find some agents in some chatrooms, such as chat.163.com or QQ chatroom.  After you have entered the chatroom, you click Chengdu and check around.  It is easy to find out your targets.  Sometimes, they may even approach you.
Otherwise, if you are living in a >3 stars hotel, you are safe to bring an outcall girl.  Just catch a taxi and ask the taxi driver, he usually has connections.
Well, if you still feel chicken and want to stay in safe place.  That's OK, 9 out of 10 hotels have Sauna Department.  Most of them provide full service.
