1. 現金非王,投資為上!!
股市至少有七成時間是上升的, 現金卻只會紋風不動.

2. 自己錢財自己管!!
我向來對基金業有保留, 投資者還是靠自己揀股比較好.

3. 基本分析二重奏!!
為公司估值有兩個方法, 分別是用盈利或資產衡量, 以兩者作折衷亦可. 不過, 最重要一點, 是不要理其市價.

4. 股息收入至為重要!!
我多次向大家灌輸的理念, 曷投資帶來的收入遠較資本增值重要.

5. 集中火力入增長股!!
在我的字典裡, 增長的解釋, 並不一定是每年盈利都有增長, 關鍵是勢頭. 如果沒有上升的勢頭, 便不是增長股.

6. 長楂必勝!!
成功投資創富的人士, 俱是一心一意長期持有股票, 包括布菲特, 甚至本地代表李嘉誠.

7. 新股快錢大風險!!
根據我的經驗, 過熱新股不值得追捧. 以高溢價掛牌, 很多時會墮回凡間.

8. 投機賭博計贏面!!
賭博有兩大法則, 首要是限制注碼, 盡量不要借錢. 其次曷要權衡風險, 嬴面大的才好下注.

9. 穩坐股市過山車
我是藉熊市揚名, 特別是大型股災, 如七十年代的一遭, 八七年, 九七年及零零年的科網電訊股熱. 每一次都是眾人皆醉須獨醒, 各樂天派大潑冷水.

10. 買樓宜住不宜炒
我始終無意買樓投資, 不過買樓自住, 我肯定不會反對.

He is far too conservative. Prime example is selling #2628 way too early and only recommending #5 & #945.

He is a value investor and therefore he cannot have good result in short term. By the way, he sold 2628 at 27.0

No he did not! He sold everything too early.

Selling 2628 at $27 at end of Dec06 wasn't a good price? The stock price plunged since Jan 07 and it's only now back to the Dec06 price (slightly higher). That was pretty good timing...
