brothers don't take it too easy.
if this matter get caught by TV and newspaper and alert the upper government, it's not a surprise that the upper level will become crazy and call for a serious "整顿", you know what is it, it's a cut of everything! inculding the local government!

but luckily no one died in this incident so i think it should not be a big storm this time.
