Should be at KL Mega Mall at Mid Valley. Two hotels there, I know,
Orchard Belevre and Cititel Hotel.  Cititel Spa is inside Cititel Hotel.
I heard there are quite a number of PRC gals there.  No point coming
all the way down here to try PRC gals, in mainland there are plenty and
are very much cheaper.  Go for KL/Malaysia chinese gals for better service.

Is a good place , got 2 hypermart there, Carrefour and Jusco and many eataries outlets.  
No ways you cannot find any food restaurant and eateries outlets there.  Enjoy............

Should be the Boulevard Hotel at Midvalley.

Have one new joint there.
Located on the 9th floor of The Boulevard Hotel in Midvalley City, Massage plus spa, jacuzzi and unlimited usage of internet, TV room and the food was also first class for spa standard. The SPA there last time charges only MYR230, now the price seems to have increased.  You pay different price for different gal.  The gal, Evon, there charges MYR280, while some more popular wants MYR300.  Average one you still need to pay MYR260.  Dun get con for paying more for unpopular gals with below par services.

I have with me a concised report on KL HCs Scene.  It will give you a good insight of the HCs & SPA scene in KL

Just dropping a note to all travellers coming to Kuala Lumpur. Put aside all the fuss about Malaysia being a strict Muslim country. Of course, it can get pretty serious and stuff but generally if you're a foreigner looking for some pussy here, you're no different than the Malaysians who can't wait to get on the boat to Batam or Bintan Islands in Indonesia from the southern gateway of Johor Baru, over to Betong, Danok, Padang Besar, Hatyai or Golok in Thailand from the north. Or even those who board a two hour flight to Manila or chart "new territories" in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, in Phnom Penh, Cambodia or Vientiane, Laos. Frankly, we all need pussy and just like you can't go on 365 days a year eating rice and curry, three meals a day, you often want to try out other options. For the average Malaysian, an excursion to the above said destinations or other cross-border pussy marts apart from Singapore, are generally accepted as value for money compared to the prices in major Malaysian cities. But the average working Malaysian, in general, does rely at some point of time on what is available locally. At last count, I believe there are at least 47 spa or massage facilities catering to within the RM180 and RM250 price range per shot in the Klang Valley, a vast metropolitan area covering Kuala Lumpur (KL) and its neighbouring state Selangor. That is without doubt counting the ones which I either know or have been to. There certainly is more. If you lower your price range and widen your prospects to include transvestites (which I don't) then you may get above 100 joints. In my experience, and ranking in order - For best looking chicks - The Deluxe Spa at Federal Hotel, Jalan Bukit Bintang. RM230 (US$60) per shot, with themed rooms (e.g.: grand prix styled with chequered flag bed cover, wild west, casino etc.). Only local Chinese, Malay and Indian chicks available. chicks generally do bj w/o, but screw with of course. For Choice - Head down to the golden triangle. In the Bukit Bintang area is the fuck capital of Malaysia. You will get streetwalkers (not recomended), cheap RM50 (US13) whores sitting in third world 'motels' at the end of the street (absolutely not recomended), the Federal Hotel, Green Elephant and so many other establishments. Be careful, there are pimps on location. Mainly drug addicts looking to guide to the right places and usually they have an arrangement with the establishment for bringing in customers. Usually the prices if you go with a pimp will be about RM20 or RM30 higher than what you'd pay as a walk-in guest. Remember, the guys are merely addicts who want a fix. You could use them the first time if you're new in town, just to show you the place, but once you've found places like A1, GE, Puduraya Hotel or others in the Jalan Alor area, you wouldn't need them anymore, so this could be worth a try. OR... If you'r in the mood for a hunt, head to the tim mine disco in Crowne Plaza. Sometimes you get pretty good deals, going for RM300 the whole night and stuff like that. Or head further down that road, Jalan Sultan Ismail, and you'll come to a section off it called Jalan P. Ramlee, aptly named after Malaysia's greatest entertainer. You won't miss it. It's at a cross section where you'll immediately notice that you're entering a nightlife centre. In Beach Club, you'll find some Filipinas or Indonesian part-timers looking for some extra cash. Or walk down that street headed to Modesto's and you'll notice Thai Club on your right. There you'll also find some good pick-me-up girls, but be extra careful in these areas. You ratio of for sale chicks to those not for sale is 2-10, favouring the not for sale chicks. But since this place is on party nights like Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday, overflowing with people, probably more than 20,000 people in this area, you'll get a good few hundred of them hanging around. Just be patient and spend a little time on your own having a few drinks. You might be approached or if you're experienced enough, you can tell which ones immediately. Prices vary and up to the girls. Don't pay more than RM500 for an all nighter, even so for an extremely hot goddess. On average, pay RM400. That's a reasonable price plus you're treating her to a party before you let her treat you. So bargain a little, maybe you can go lower. On thing I would advise you foreigners against is call-girls in your hotel room. Had bad experiences every time. Tried to help out friends from overseas and called service for them but usually you don't get to chose the chicks. They'll say it's a Malay chick but usually it'll be an Indonesian showing up. There's a huge difference here. Malays suck cock and lick balls so much better than Indonesians who sometimes don't even put the full length of your dick in the opening in their head.
