我想白表抽新股,想問邊間銀行可以最快開到支票戶口???

嗰日問交通,佢要開左Saving 半年,戶口紀錄良好先至可以開呀!!!

As I remember HSBC can issue the cheque book when U open the account at the same time

BEA can but your name is not printed on the temporary cheques. I think you cannot apply IPO with "no name" cheques.

Many banks can issue a temporary cheque book immediately but for applying IPO, you need to show your name on the cheque or issue a bank cheque (which may cost $10 or so).

You can type your name on your temporary cheque yourself using
typewriter or printer.

I have used this method on apply the MTR IPO and successfully get
2 hands.
