PCCW has a very stable bandwidth.

i-cable is the worst of the worst. Not only its bandwidth stability is the worst, the customer service is also the worst. I used to fax and cancel the service but the customer officer always say he didn't receive my fax, and also I needed to bring the cable modem far far away in order to return it.

really??i am using I-CABLE too, so far, so good..
may be it vary from everybody's computer
