My colleagues had tried this foot massage several time and he claimed there is secret HJ for some 30's to late 30's BGs and you need to visit them second or third time before you got this special treatment and the first visit is just hinting service like Brother xxxcamera described above. I haven't tried as I do not like the poor environment.
