For several years I have been buying my 普洱 with confidence at SUN SING TEA at "Kum Chiu Yueng" Bldg in CWB near Time SQ. It is high up on the 30+ floor, so it is a tea room with a view! They are knowledgable and friendly, and more importantly honest (IMHO).
