I tried before. It looks good but your hand feel is not too good because the "balls" are little hard. The milk actually is safe to drink as long as you don't have wounds in your month. It tastes great! It also contains many antigent, which would boost your immnue system.

One disadvantage is that you may get wet on your chest when you are having the action.
