唔係個個商場有，戶外Wi-Fi其實視乎個別商場或商戶如Starbuck, Pacific Coffee等有無興趣提供這種服務，另外，有很多商場或餐廳都有Wi-Fi，但其實是收錢的，如香港的Starbuck就是了，Netvigator等供應商會和商戶合作，其實是想賺錢，但據我所知根本很少人會願意給錢享受Wi-Fi

One of the differences between the two are the resolutions. One is 3m and the other one is 2m.
