New to hong kong, anyone know where I can find nice Roose goose besides Yung Kei at LanKwaiFung?

CWB "Snake King 2" on Percival Street across from Elizabeth House.

Not out of this world good, but not bad. If take home, ask for one that is not HOT.

I never realized they serve Roast Goose. I always went there for the Snake soup and the 潤腸

" Oil Chichen " not the best, but quite okay too.

鏞記去過一次, 唔掂.
要隻燒鵝, 來到, 凍既, 周星馳都有話啦, 凍既燒鵝, 零分.
野又貴.

後尾走時搭的士, 的士佬話鏞記有好野, 不過就唔係俾你地食既, 凈係俾熟客或者名人.

Because the skin all shriveled up !!

I once bought a goose around 5:30-6:00pm, it was piping hot !

Nowadays, it is very difficult to have nice Roast goose.

As; you are not allow to import  live goose to Hong Kong.
All of them are frozen  or iced ones.
Unless you can find some which are bred locally .......they  are not many.
