打外地經internet去，應該免費掛。你借比我用下再答你。

You need to have same setup in oversea location in order to save IDD cost using your VoIP equipment via Internet.

In other words, it is useless on the VoIP ports if there is no other connections.

I think it is useful for dialing to overseas relative if they have VoIP settings.
