Will anyone who knows Jenny is ready to sell their Pineapple 酥 / 鳳梨卷 .

Let us know in here. I think many people would like to know.

嘻嘻，開條新 thread 都好，阿標離港祇數天，回來時祇覺「壇上已千年」，自己有吹開水的話題，已經唔知去邊度揾返！嘻嘻，而且又多數文不對題，想揾返都費功夫！

既有專題，阿標不若順手幫「菠蘿酥、Pineapple 酥、鳳梨酥...等等」叫法正名！

根據 Jenny 貼於罐底印刷招紙的叫法，此物在她店子的正式叫法是：「 鳳梨卷 」！

鳳梨卷 ！

此乃此店主事人的腦明策畧，為此店營做一個「衹用精選正材料」及「全部手做」的招牌形像！起家後他們也不轉用大型生產工具大量製作供應市場，因為祇要在高價格與維持特定顧客群間取得平衡和利潤，根本就不需要「製造多些現貨來買」！

嘻嘻，是不為也，非不能也！

講返鳳梨卷，反正菠蘿蓉做餡呢樣野，其實並不是人人喜歡的，特別是不嗜甜的人！
賣到 $65 一罐 17 件，都幾貴，其實市場需求不會太大！他們現在有解釋說，要入到台灣鳳梨，加上夠人手，才能有限量地製做鳳梨卷和鳳梨汁出售，這正正是主事人維持店子形像的腦明策畧！

Forget about 鳳梨卷. They said they won't make them in the next few months due to 唔夠人手。
