Tried this SN when I was in Shanghai last month, which is located in the 6th floor of the holiday deparment store (you can call ^%!37999 to check where it is).

Yan Pu Dist, just cross the river at the north of Pudong, take note of the # I've posted.

Doubt it is one of the better SN in SH (I'm new there), but price is reasonable for the service.

shower/rest facility? Or is it in-room with VIP room?

Shower / rest facility is large but a bit old, VIP rm is small compare with those big Sn too, the selling point is the mirrors and light sysetm (for strip dance).

I only had 1 Q, but MM did ask me if I want another.
