result recently announced better than market forecast strengthening stock price.
PE now under 30
can hold
may reach $20 this year

德銀降中交建(1800)評級至「持有」，因現股價已反 映利好因素。

投資銀行德銀發表研究報告稱，調低中國最大港口建設商--中國交通建設評級，由原來的「買入」降至「持有」，目標價輕微上調至18.1港元，因現股價已反映其強勁的營運表現。

德銀報告稱，中交建今年上半年業績理想，營運表現反映毛利正在改善，亦見合約質素更佳，遂分別上調該公司2007-09年度的每股盈利預測(EPS)4-7%。

不過，德銀指，有關利好因素已見反映於現時的股價，相信市場將對中交建有更高的預期。若未有可見的因素刺激，中交建股價很可能受困徘徊於某個水平，難見突破，故只輕微將目標價，由原來的17.8港元，上調至18.1港元。

Lets put it this way, even though it may or may not go over $20 in the near future, it probably won't drop too much. So you can still hold on to it.

Most of us look a stock too good disregarding the fundamental factors
simply because we are holding this stock

This is an investment trap we set for ourselves

No, it's a good stock for sure!

1800 is a good stock.

But buying at $18 level is a bit high, u may need to wait for a while until the next burst come.

I'll still keep my 1800 IPO stock and won't consider to sell any until reaching $20+. But all depends on the atmosphere.

agree, at $18, it still has room to grow, but there's faster growing stock out there at this price

For #1800, no large PRC infrastructure company listed in HK.
