All mainland real estate stocks have doubled, some even 3-4 times to its IPO price. buy and hold for 6 month, will see your stake up at least 100% IPO will be likely getting you one or two hands, need to grab some in the market.

just buy it on the first day, you won't regret it even though you might need to hold it for a few months before any significant profit is generated like the case in "country garden" (2007)

Apply with margin and then buy more on day 1.

If one is thinking to buy more at listing, one should put more $ in the IPO stage, becoz the IPO price is usually the cheapest even including the margin interest for good stock.

The IPO size is quite big, and one should get many shares (or even one man one lot system).

I have put $8M margin.

Need to earn more for my diving trips with gf.

This share should be OK, unless the market atmosphere changes suddenly.
Any hopefully I can get 1.5% to 2% of the amt of shares I invested.

The image of SOHO to me is -ve, since it failed its IPO some yrs ago and there should be some problem (?). Need to wait for the last min for:
1) Market atmosphere
2) The reasons for its failure
3) The number of over-subscription

If it is indicating 700+ times oversubscription, then not worth for me to apply by margin, maybe by cash for a quick lunch.
