China wants to unify HK and Taiwan, politically not feasible at present. What could be better if she would unify the two places economically in the first instance. Taiwan can never get independant if its economy depends so heavily on the mainland. Why has China given so much favours to HK, even at midst of so many bad news around, there are always good news coming out from China at the right time to support the market? I think if there is "War", besides Mainland V Taiwan, U.S.A. v Middle East, Mainland also could attack HK, nothing is impossible. Mainland attacks HK to show Twn that if you don't listen, you will also be attacked. Is it reasonable ?
