I want to avoid the holidays crowd and really want to get fresh girls in saunas.

The "National Day Golden Week" begins on October 1st. They taken one week of vacation.
Is it true?

no; when holiday, they will be busier than before; go earlier otherwise you have to wait

are you talking about China or Macau? For China, it is not safe during National week. For Macau, they are service-orientated and there may be more choice instead.
