alternative stragety :

sold at first day iif rise above 40%
buy back when subsequently fall 15-20 %

I will hold for long term. I am stationed in beijing and witness that their properties have really been welcomed by buyers and can be sold at premium when compared to other developers.

我都同意 SOHO 的名好好, 但它的土地儲備不多, 我怕影響它的營利
