我的電腦每次開機的時候, 我的電腦出了這個問題:
ccApp.exe-損壞的影像
應用程式DLL C:\Program Files\Common Files\Symantec Shared\NPC\Pcstatus.dll為不正確的Windows影像, 請再檢查一遍你的安裝磁片, 然後按確定, 我想請問一下出了什麼問題??

How old is your computer?

My XP had problem to start up. Whenever I inserted the XP CD, it just booted itself again and again. There was no chance for me to press "R" to enter into the Recovery mode. I though it was the bad cluster in the hard disk, and so I bought a new hard disk, reformatted and re-installed the XP. This took me couples of hours.

When I re-booted the XP again, the same problem appeared. This time I thought the computer is too old (8 years) and time for me to buy a new one.

我只是買了一年多, 如果我去深水埗黃金商場購買Windows Xp要多少錢??
同時如果我想知道我的電腦有沒有中毒, 有什麼方法可以找出問題呢??

If u have it for 1 yr, it may still have warranty. Back up your data before bring it to Golden center for repairing.

I think I'll use at least 2 virus scanners to scan my computer if think it is infected. See if the Micro Trend scanner online can do something for u.

ccApp.exe <--- 係Norton防毒的file....
你試下uninstall左norton 再install番試下先啦............

再唔係你去: 執行->cmd->sfc /scannow

睇下work唔work...

好多時候從新install系統更加棒,什麼東西也快100倍.

至於你個煩惱,幫不到.試試看從新install吧,很好.

剷左個 norton, 之後唔好上網住, 再安裝番 norton
