當日一定放佢假 , 一份禮物加少少錢作為利是 , 是工人真正想要的 ,
不要意為跟他一齊慶祝最好 , 其實是最悶死人的

Depends la. If she is single, then 一份禮物加少少利是 will be ok.
If she has family, I think she will like to spend it with her family lor. Last year I gave her a ticket to go home for her B-Day, she freaked out and very happy. When she comes back, she is so happy and very efficient job for my family.

you may be right! i think the best present for them is letting them visit their family.
