INGREDIENTS
3 shrimps (shelled and deveined), a pinch of pounded garlic,
2 tbsps creamy white sauce, 30g Mozzarella cheese
INGREDIENTS FOR CREAMY WHITE SAUCE
1 tsp butter, 1 tsp self-raising flour, 1/2 cup milk, pepper to taste,salt to taste
METHOD
1. To make the creamy white sauce, melt the butter in a pan over low to medium heat. Stir in the self-raising flour and mix well.
2. Add milk, whisk with an egg whisker until smooth and creamy.
3. Bring the creamy flour mixture to a boil. Stir in pepper and salt to season the sauce. Voila! The creamy white sauce is ready.
4. Heat 1/2 tbsp of oil in a wok. Fry the pounded garlic until fragrant.
Stir in the shrimps and sauté them.
5. Scoop the shrimps into a baking cup. Add the creamy white sauce.
Sprinkle a layer of mozzarella cheese on top. Place in oven and bake for 5 minutes.
