INGREDIENTS
1 tube Japanese egg tofu (cut into medallion shapes), 200g minced pork, diced carrots, as required
MARINADE
Light soy sauce, sugar, potato flour, as required
METHOD
1. Wash the minced pork. Add in the marinade and mix well.
Leave to marinate for about 10 minutes.
2. Place the medallion shaped tofu neatly on a platter. Pour the marinated minced pork over the tofu. Garnish with some diced carrots. Steam over high heat for about 8 minutes, and serve.
