【本報訊】一名北上深圳會合友人消遣的港漢，昨晨從皇崗口岸過關後，取道有「罪惡天橋」之稱通往皇御苑天橋途中，報稱被3名持刀賊人攔途截劫，事主反抗被匪徒揮刀狂斬，致胸、腹共中5刀，其中腹部一刀更深見腸臟，匪徒搶去事主身上約3,000元現金後逃去；事主負傷奔跑200米過關返港向入境處人員求助，報警後送院搶救，目前情況危殆。　記者：黃曄寧　周志鴻

據一名居住在皇御苑的港人陳先生表示，該條天橋人稱「罪惡天橋」，晚上10時過後，幾乎無人敢行；就算是居住在皇御苑的港人，近在咫呎亦寧願花十多元坐的士返家，亦不會以身犯險使用天橋，他希望公安人員加強巡邏。

中五刀被劫3千元

在深圳皇崗遇劫反抗中刀男子，折返香港報警送院搶救。

遇劫反抗被斬重傷事主姓林（40歲），為地盤工人。昨凌晨1時許，他身穿牛仔衫外套、波鞋，身上一個公事包，從皇崗口岸過關後，趕赴相約友人地點一起消遣，懷疑因關口旁之的士站出現人龍；他為了趕時間，獨自一個人沿天橋直走，準備到皇御苑那邊搭的士，他報稱行至天橋中間位置時，被3名持刀匪徒攔途截劫，事主不甘損失奮起反抗，3名匪徒即用刀朝事主身上狂斬，事主胸腹部共中5刀，其中腹部一刀的傷口長達4吋，深可見到腸臟，匪徒成功搶去事主身上約3,000元後逃去。

事主遇劫受傷後，未有向當地公安報案，即時負傷奔跑200米，經皇崗口岸過關折返港，他經落馬洲管制站時向入境處人員求助，由入境處人員代為報警，因事主傷勢嚴重，由救護車急送沙田威爾斯醫院搶救，目前情況危殆。警方將案列作「境外遇劫受傷」處理，交由邊界警區探員調查。港警透過協作機制通報深圳警方，深圳警方表示調取現場監控資料後，未發現有劫案發生，已展開調查。

皇崗口岸對開的行人天橋為「十」字形設計，右邊長約100米是通往多條巴士站，左邊為的士站，向前300米長可直達皇御苑；據現場的保安表示，他們巡邏的範圍只是的士站附近，的士站至皇御苑一段行人天橋則不在巡邏職責之內，由於該段天橋欠缺照明設備加上無保安員巡邏，過去曾多次發生港人遇劫案件。

I walked along that bridge one night at around 9pm, alone...There was nobody at the bridge and I was the only one through the 10 min walk.. It gave me a bad feeling but luckily, nothing happened. I should never be there at night.

水圍隋了幾間大場(世外xx，皇后xx，水怡xx...)外，基本上all 係邪場

I don't think the story is that simple. If one is so badly injured, why would he still cross the border? And nobody noticed?
I walked across that bridge a few times at night and nothing happened, and nobody was on the bridge except one or two passers-by.

Brother, I agree with your view.  We are not detective but there are always a lot of questions to be raised based on the information provided.
1. If he was so seriously injured, how could he walked for 500M+ back to HuangGang border and then went back to HK?  Did he take a bus?
2. If he was injured, he should naturally be handled by police and medical care at HuangGang, not HK.  Assuming he felt uncomfortable regarding medical care in Shenzhen, he should have reported the crime in SZ instead of HK. How come HK officer reported the incident for him?
There are more questions to be raised but that should not be our problem.  I am echoing your view that when we read a piece of news, we need to take it with a grain of salt, not to believe it 100% and then spread it around.

這條橋, 我成日都行, 半夜1:00 行回皇御苑都ok, 未見過有甚麼特別差的感覺, 我想主要是過年前在甚麼地方大家都要注意一點為上

I thought you eat vege only in HK. Why is 水圍 the same?

三個原因，
第一，是深仔的貨，又貴又唔好 service.
第二，我識得深仔幾個區的公安局長，都說深仔的情況比較特別。其他區的公安出面都無情講。所以怕死！
第三，也是最主要的原因，通常我在週未已經在車莞的長安，太平，常仔，橋頭等地食飽飽了，腳仔都有點軟。最後，回到深仔，是找正骨回氣的時候。

第2個point係咪因為d外省黎揾食既人有背境,所以連公安都無哂符?

Thank you bro dw78 for sharing the same view. I also support your queries, these are very good points. It's impossible that he's bleeding all the way and nobody noticed.

I had a question that why a serious injured man can pass ShenZhen 口岸 without block by their police. If he is bleeding, it is almost not possible to let him to pass. But actually, if not serious injured, should go to HK to look for treadment, I don't believe SZ police can help you, they just wait your time and not help you.

5. This event was noted by some HK media.
6. One or more medium noted the value of the event and created a different version of the story.

My observation : 　This seems to be the start of an urban legend. Remember the stories spread on the internet regarding HK visitors being killed and kidneys taken? And about the Women WC in LuoWu Shopping Center where a lot of HK women were being robbed?

I am surprised because my ex-girlfriend usually park her car at 皇御苑 parking lot and cross the border to visit me in HK and she usually return to pick up her car at 1:00 or 2:00 in the morning for over a 6 month period last year and she never had any trouble.

That's a good summary, and I think that's even not a robbery at all, there may be another story behind it. And for the organ removal and Lowu shopping centre stories, I didn't believe in them at the very beginning. These stories are not logical at all.

Exactly, robbing a girl would be much easier. She should have been robbed many times over the 6-month period. The true story is not that simple.
