今日見我飛佛272做$8.87....有D想入衝動.....

富力 2777 wa.....$25.95

世茂 813 wa.....$18.32

越秀 123 wa.....$2.18

但現在股價下沉是反應中...加息宏調等因素...中央越快公佈新措施越好....我估星期曰可能有料到~~

Housing price in the mainland is rising generally.

U can see the house in the main central area will have bigger raise than the rural area in HK. So I'll put more $ for those developers in the main cities.

Since atmosphere is not good, I'll use my bullets one by one, but not using machine gun.

272 morning lowest 8.6.....not enough time to buy.....now 9.09

The 2007 doing quite solid recently comparing to all others which dropped like hell.

#825 is very good but a bit expensive.

In fact, many of them have dropped a lot from the peak last year.

Currently, some of them are really worth buying. But in short to medium term, I don't think the price will rise a great bit.

The Central Gov't do have a strong intention to cool down the China Property Market.
