Many people who learn English reading say that they were too lazy to read the full text, and often read too slow.
Well I have a suggestion.
Japanese movies/anime that provide English subtitle with it, now each time you watch it you wont just learn how to read but it also speed up in your reading. Since it will improve in your quick scan ability when reading an English passage
