Apart from Windsor and Earl, you may also try Gold Joy, Tai Yuan & Liang Fa, etc.

天天休闲中心is another choice, cheaper than other hotel. As i remeber, RMB300+188(night)/138(day time). Service is similar with Winsdon or Gold Joy. However, it is normally 1Q only, less than 2Q in the other hotel. Another choice is 宝湖酒店, which is newly re-open after decoration. As I know the Mami, RMB400 only for 2hr, without room fee. Stay overnight for a room is charged 68 more. Hope it helpful.
