I can agree to what you say as basically, there's not much difference between man and woman no matter what country they are from.  If by chance if we could interact with foreigners at a deeper level, it is not surprising how much in common there could be.  In short they all wanted is to love and be loved.  Seems like preaching but its the plain truth, at least to what I've learnt.

I have a friend who had worked as a secretary (the same position) for 7 years and is totally losing interest in her job.  So she wanted to have satisfaction from another area.  She chose education and she got herself a Master degree.  Still not being able to change her job and she remains more bored than before.  So I'm happy for you since you've got your son and someone you love to accompany you.
