p4 3.2g i865pe motherboard gf6600gt gddr3128mddisplay 只用來上綱和換3d game 不換online game，想升級intel e4600或AMD 4200+再加約700元的display，需不要升級？如升級；用那一个好？

I would suggest you save a bit more and upgrade to next level - e.g. Q6600, E8400, or new AMD series CPU. Your current one should be good enough as long as you have 2GB RAM.

加ram, cpu 就睇你玩咩game,
display 我覺得9600GT唔錯
