中國鐵道建築
總集資金額：312 (A+H)(億元)
中鐵建前身是解放軍鐵道兵，組建於1948年，1984年集體轉業併入鐵道部，1990年成立中國鐵道建築總公司，現為國資委旗下國有特大型建築企業集團。2007年在世界企業500強排名中位居384位，全球225家最大承包商中排名第6位。
新成立的中鐵建股份繼承了中國鐵道建築總公司的主要資產，下屬企業有中國土木工程集團、中鐵十一局集團至中鐵二十五局集團、中鐵建設集團、中鐵建電氣化局集團、中鐵房地產開發有限公司，以及中鐵第一、第四、第五勘察設計院集團等。
據中銀國際早前發表報告所述，同屬國資委旗下的中鐵與中國鐵道建築，分別居06年內地十大工程承包商前二名，中鐵以148億美元合同金額，稍勝於中國鐵道建築的139億美元。花旗估計，中鐵建07-09年收入和盈利的複合增長率分別16%和54%，同時預測其毛利率能由07年的6.7%升至09年的7.9%，從而得出中鐵建總共1,198億至1,667億元的估值。另據保薦人麥格理的研究報告指，中鐵建毛利率為6.6%，遠低於中交(1800-HK)的11%，但其最高估值卻達210億美元，08年預測市盈率較中交還高。不過，報告表示其估值是各項業務價值之總和，而佔公司高達95%營業額的建築業務毛利率為6%，高於中交在建築業務的4.3%。麥格里估計中鐵建08年預測盈利，將較去年翻一番至43億元人民幣。
擬引入的基礎投資者
擬引入不多於10名基礎投資者，包括多位城中富豪，如長實(0001-HK)主席李嘉誠、恆地(0012-HK)主席李兆基、新世界(0017-HK)主席鄭裕彤以及中國國家投資公司。

No bearing - will still rise on day 1 but maybe not as crazy as #390 or #1893.
