Total goto the Hang Seng homepage for IPO. It wonders that they re not provide margin. Phone to Hang Seng, they told me that the qouta already full at 12noon. How cracy it is. It is seldom to hear about the bank (in such a large scale) will stop providing margin just after 3 hours of subscription!!!

I also apply margin via Hang Seng Bank...but luckily I applied at around 11:00a.m....so I got it!

HSBC still OK.

I have applied $8M margin by HS early in the morning. Margin of HS bank and HSBC are closed already.
