In 马来西亚新山 you can try, Hotel blue wave which is newly renovated. The cost is around 200plus malaysian ringgit. It includes 45 mins of FJ and food inclusive. You can look for the captain called Sam and ask tell him your criteria.

The other hotels that are not bad is hotel Selesa and hotel new york.They are just opposite of each other.

This hotels are very well known there. Just take a taxi in 新山 and just tell them the hotel names. remember to nego the taxi fare first before boarding.
