有那些是出名了的鳳楼? I had better stay away from them for a while.

上述大部份都是出名的鳳樓大廈，可惜有些「太揚」，攪到要登記先可以出入，大大影響了囡囡的生意。

「立基」是否=「立基樓」？算我見識少，好似唔多出名喎，你係咪試過有好推介呢？

「立基」是立基樓. Tried once before a long time ago. good.

立信and 福僑 finished? Now that you remind me, I think so too. But those were the places I tried to avoid.
