I have never ever been treated that awfully bad at a bar, or more precisely, never ever in my life. It was my birthday and I was meant to have fun with my friends, but ridiculously, the service they provided together with the attitude they have shown me was unacceptably poor.
The incident started at the end of the party, which the staffs tried to over charge my bill unreasonably and undesirably. The worst thing was one of the waitresses impolitely claimed that we destroyed one of the male toilet seats and lost the microphone cover in the room that we stayed in, and they asked for outrageous compensation.
We confirmed that the toilet seat was not destroyed by any of us, but however, the microphone cover might have been somehow that we accidentally made it slip off from the microphone, so I offered myself to find it with her. Ridiculously, she rejected me and said “why don’t you find it yourself?" her attitude really pissed me off. Firstly, as a customer, I know we might have made the microphone cover lost accidentally somewhere so I offered myself to find it together with her, but conversely I was ordered to do what they were supposed to. Secondly, her attitude was really mean which I did not deserve to be treated. The most ironic thing happened after all was the waitress went unbelievably out of control that she actually tried to start off a fight, a physical fight that she had attempted to punch me on the face. It was unsuccessful due to other staffs in the bar and my friends had separated her away, as if in a quarantine area. I paid for no service and rage.
Let’s go back to the ending, in which the microphone cover was found in the room by myself, I received the worst service ever and they did not return the deposit of HKD1000 that we should have it refunded.
I will never go to this bar Heaven@7 again, and I strongly suggest those people who read this comment do not go to this bar. 作者: leicalover 時間: 2008-4-9 09:03
That's indeed a terrible experience. Did someone recommend going to this bar? Shouldn't he/she has known a manager so this can be avoid? In view of the keen competition, its amazing to know that kind of service/violence could be found in the entertainment business.
Where is this bar located (HK/PRC) and how much have you spent per head?
