Have visited Zense many times, more or less same as "Royal Holiday", "Gold Coast" and "Water Cube" alike.

Have tried but still cannot get a quote for aeroplane service from this Spa.

I have been there. New facilities with a transparent sauan room in the middle of different pools but overall the pools are not too large. One thing I don't understand is that the tips plate has a Yuan50 dollar notes. I don't think the services deserve 50 tips.

The resting hall is much spacious as compared with Royal holiday. You can select BG but not too many options in my 1st visit. The massage room is nothing special (in fact quite nosiy as I heard Karaoke) and the BG is very decent. Overall, apart from new facilities in the sauna area and not too crowdy resting hall, Roya Holiday is much better (more facilities, better looking BG, different kind of spa and massage, better dinning, and more convenient travelling)
