請高人指點: 點解申請左幾份teller,沒有回音

小弟
part -time business degree holder

~6年customer service experience
~2年 clerical experience

只要求9k-10k expected salary! 比現職那份工,己降幾k,因想轉行....

sent 了CV 去中X, 恆x ,渣X , 東x, 永X, ....己一至兩星期,石沉大海,全無回音.....in 都沒得in....
有個朋友話teller 競爭都好大,大行平均8個人爭1個post, Really????????

我估而家出面 teller 多數都係請岩岩讀完書果批卦！　

至少我見到 HSBC 某分行係。

But, I do not meet the requirement of most Customer service officer of bank.
Most bank 's CSO post require the applicant have banking experience.
I do not have banking experience.
Really, I have apply one post Customer service officer trainee,the adv said that no need banking experience before two weeks, but also 沒有回音

而家銀行入職要求大多數都係大學或以上的。

HSBC 而家都唔叫 teller ，叫 customer service counter officer............
