買樓前完全無人講過，如果出現沉降就由小業主負責。

好多填海區都係咁架啦.....唔通填完海等20年唔起樓等到沉降停左先賣地咩...

其實將軍澳/坑口個邊好多地都係填返黎, 又好多都己經起晒樓...

至於沉/降會唔會造成影響, 暫時都係言之尚早啦...

多餘啦！沉降一定有人受影響！D牆身同地面有裂痕邊個出錢維修先？

I lived Sai Kung quite a long while, but now rent and live where next to the golf site, Jordan...(Sorranto)...here's the area so call 填海區, but found no problem 'til now 'bout 沉降...but 長實樓...just wanna say.....POOR!!

Rent must be quite high where you live.

If the quakes as big as SiChuan, just happen HK, and should be more up to 2 million die instanly, and over 80% buildings in heavely damage...just thing 'bout it....
