然後開debit note 給子公司, 此項帳目可列為 <管理費收入> 嗎? 在子公司列為支出?
or 有另一個名稱較合當?

兩間公司需要定立agreement 嗎?

it's ok, just call it "management fee".

although auditor must query this coz this may affect the tax charge of the subsidiary / parent co.

also, an agreement is suggested but not required.
