　　東方網5月30日消息：香港股市在期指結算後，今天的市況反覆靠穩。恒生指數收市報24533點，升149點，成交855億元。不過，值得注意地是，有一成六的成交是集中在收市後十分鐘的競價交易時段出現，當中多只股份出現大手成交及股價異動。

　　其中，中電控股(00002.HK)的股價，全日徘徊在63至66元水準，但收市後的競價交易，股價抽上70.5元的歷史新高收市，急升6.32元，升幅近一成。市後十分鐘的成交，佔中電全日成交股數的四成三。

　　另外，建設銀行(00939.HK)及中國鐵建01186.HK)也有類似情況。中國鐵建急升一成四，建行上升百分之三。

　　港交所(00388.HK)發言人接受傳媒查詢時表示，注意到今天港股在收市後的十分鐘之內，有部份股份波動及交投增加，但指市場運作情況暢順，並不評論個中原因。

【明報專訊】港交所實施「收市競價交易時段」的第5個交易日，在昨午4時後的10分鐘競價交易時段內，多隻股份買賣報價如入「無人之境」，突然大上或大落，而且成交暴增，情况相當混亂，經紀也嚇

得目瞪口呆。港交所將事件歸咎於許多基金經理用作參考的摩根士丹利資本國際指數（MSCI）剛巧更換成分股，不過，證券界人士指問題是新制度存在至少兩大漏洞，令昨日股價出現大混亂。

價格不設限不能沽空

在正常的交易時段，投資者輸入的買賣價不可偏離上一個成交價9個價位，否則交易系統不會處理，但在競價時段卻沒有這項限制。有基金經理便直指沒有上述規限，令有心人更容易在競價時段「嘜價」（故意抬高或踩低價格）。另外，競價時段投資者又不能沽空，令股價被「嘜高」後，少了一股平衡股價的力量，股價升勢因而如入無人之境。

10分鐘成交佔全日16%

昨日收市競價時段10分鐘內，成交金額高達140億元，佔港股昨日成交的16.4％。之前4個交易日，收市競價時段的成交只有20億至30億元。

港交所昨晚發表聲明說，留意到昨日若干股份的收市價出現波動，並在競價時段內錄得龐大的交投；亦留意到昨天適逢MSCI調整指數，使用該指數的投資者會調整投資組合。港交所認為，收市競價交易時段運作如常，而在調整指數之際，市場出現波動並非不尋常。

MSCI指數是許多基金經理決定其投資組合的指標，一旦MSCI成分股出現變動，基金經理亦需跟隨調整投資組合，沽出或購入相關股份。由於MSCI早前已宣布指數變動會在昨日收市時生效，因此專門追蹤指數的基金經理會在臨收市前大量買賣。

非變動股份照樣暴升

多隻在MSCI指數比重有升跌的股份，昨日股價都大上大落，部分升幅高達15％，跌幅亦有逾一成。同時，在這僅僅10分鐘競價時段內，這些股份的成交股數大增，佔全日成交股數比例由11％至70％不等，可見成交異常。

不過，昨日有部分大幅波動的股份，並非在MSCI指數變動之列，例如中鐵建（1186），但其股價照樣在競價時段內一度暴升六成多，至每股20元，收市時仍急升14％，報14元，可見除了MSCI因素之外，還有其他因素導致昨日的混亂。

有基金經理便指出，昨日同時亦是5月最後一個交易日，一些基金經理可能為了提高投資組合的表現而掃高部分股份，這種俗稱「粉飾櫥窗」的活動，亦會擴大股價波幅。

星展唯高達研究部董事黎永良指出，在月底之時，很多場外的衍生工具，例如場外期權會按昨日的收市價結算，部分投資者為求「賺到盡」，蓄意在競價時段「嘜價」亦不出為奇。

The big players and the small players are on a level playing field, having the same degree of risk, bound by the same rules.  Imagine big players who bought #2 at $70.50 will see their big investment marked down to $65 tomorrow, #1186 down from $14 to $13, or #2626 big sellers find out tomorrow they sold too cheap @$2.61.

The people who whine are those who are greedy and want a piece of the action but don't know the rules.  One can stay out of the game at 16:00 and they will not be affected at all.  Better still, if one trades against the distorted market, one could probably make money against the stupid big players.

I am happy with my trades, done after 16:09:30.  All you need is a good broker who is smart and understand your game plan and enter the orders quckly as close to 16:10 as possible.  I bought 10K #825, 20K #2626, sold 1K #1186 and I like my chances tomorrow.  I am gonna unwind these positions tomorrow, hopefully at a profit.

呢次真係搞到好驚....因為大戶玩灑, 少股民冇得玩....唯有暫時離場

玩牛熊證仲大風險,
隨時因為競價盤而被推高或者推低個價,
即時被打靶,
想賤賣都冇機會.
