请问现在在国内买二手楼,银行是否不会做按揭的?

有入息証明同國土局發出的 房產証的前題下是可以做的

Surely, it can be.

Meanwhile, the mortgage could be done at the 60% of the property price normally, i.e. you need to pay the first downpayment of 40% of the property price. But, I think you might make more by negotiating with the property agent or the one who is working in the bank that you are familiar.

also, the length of the mortgage is just up to age of 55. ie. if you are already 40, you can do the morgage for 15 years (55-40).

before that, you might need to inform the bank the exact address of the property you would like to buy and then the bank would do the estimation of the market price so that the bank could calculate the amount of mortgage that they could offer to you.

proof of income document is required surely - say income statement is ok.
