should i change other stock or hold it?
it is still potential to grow?

Hold on to it la. I looked at the annual report and the chairman's statement which is quite positive.

This is cyclical. Industrial stock might be a bit out of flavour today but it goes in a cycle and will come good every few years. Today it might be adversely affected by the housing downturn in the US.
