in Law Wu, mainly divide into two types.
1st type: relatively new and tall building, just near the "Chuen Fung Lo" - the monthly rent would be around 2600-3500 plus about 150 monthly management fee.

2nd type: "estate" house, around having 7 floor. the monthly rent would be about 1200-1500 with monthly management fee of about 50-100, namely 向西村, Law Wu estate, Wu Pu estate, Wong Pu Ling....etc.
