dickylam, i did see some good 版主 in here, but that 版主 dont blocked the member very much. i just can see few 版主 like to blocked without warning and u could see the whole 禁言名單 page, which 版主 name always in here. once he/she doesnt like it, then will blocked you whatever they like. i dont know why xocat forum has such as 版主. i think they are so childish...
