I live around Tuen Mun. I want to go to 中山. What is the fastest way to get there? I know of only 2 ways. One, go to SheungShui, then LoWu, then take the bus from LoWu station to 中山. I think that would take about 3 1/2 hours. Second, is to go to TsimShaTsui 'ChungKong pier', and take the hydro ferry to 中山. That would probably take about 2 1/2 hour. One is by land, the other by sea. By sea seems to be a bit faster. Can anyone confirm? Are there other ways to get to 中山 faster?

Which part of Zhongshan you want to go?

If you go to Sheqi, you may take bus to Shekou, then take ferry to Zhuhai.
Finally take taxi to Zhongshan.

Est. time:
Tuenmun to Shekou: 30 mins;
Shekou to Zhuhai: 60 mins;
Zhuhai to Zhongshan: 30-45 mins.

Thanks very much 周五一次郎 ching. I am not very familiar with China. Isn't Shekou a pier in China? If so, how do you take bus from TuenMun to SheKou? Isn't it on the other side, like seperated by water? I understand the part from SheKou to ZhuHai, and taxi to ZhongShan.

以我所知，屯门有车经西部通道到蛇口。
蛇口码头有船到珠海。
