我朋友是內地人，與港男在內地結婚多年，他仍在內地生活，有一位5歲小朋友，但丈夫已半年沒有回家照顧家人及給生活費。
因沒有錢請律師，而丈夫又在港單方面提出離婚申請，但他完全不知有沒有贍養費及女兒之撫養權。
所以想問一問他可以怎樣做才可在香港法庭申請離婚和爭取贍養費及女兒之撫養權。
如可以的話他需要拿什麼文件或辦什麼手續。

First of all, if your friend is a she and you are a man... then please just let them walk their road and whether they divorce is none of your business... (sorry, no offend, but just want to say it first)

In fact, if she got marry for such a long time, most likely she has her own hk id already, she could come to hk and ask for legal assistant by government...

But if she did't got the HK ID, sorry, then she could only use the travel visa to hk and talk to her husband for all the arrangement... or check with the social department... as... she is semi-hk citizen already and their son is also a hk citizen...  they are still protected by the law...

男方已申請離婚，咁女方又做乜仲要再請？！

無錢可申請法援。

要爭取贍養費及女兒之撫養權，女方應向法庭提出
抗辨，好等法庭作出審理。
